Who delivers it
James Manley Power
I run Manley Advisory from Toronto and work remotely or at your site, anywhere in Canada or the United States, at your preference. I do the assessment myself, write the menu myself, and implement the work you select. There is no team to hand you to.
Background
James Power leads revenue operations for a Toronto private-equity holding company, where he builds the AI systems its portfolio companies run on — across sales, customer success, and renewals. The systems are in production: weekly buyer-signal engines that find, enrich, and sequence prospects before a rep starts the day, replacing software that vendors charge six figures a year for. He has consulted independently, founded AI companies including ventures partnered with charities, and came up through sales operations at a fast-growing software company with a Salesforce administration background.
